Probably the reason certain years weren't listed in the Rating Book is that the RVCG didn't have enough input from owners. They don't rate them unless they have a certain amount of data to plug into the computer program. You can always call the RVCG and ask. Their number is 1-800-405-3325.Idon't know what year the switch was made, so I'll leave that to one of our other members.Greg
