You said it Larry..  we were just commenting at a Boy Scout meeting today that we sure pay to have weather like this.  It has been so nice, I decided to dig into the front bunk repair of our 85 yesterday.  My father-in-law and I have our work cut out for us.  Though the rig has been covered during all these rains, it is amazing how much rot is up there from previous owners lack of maintenance and how well LD constructs these rigs.
 I was not prepared for the floor paneling to be glued as well and stapled down.  I will be starting a new tread about this soon once I grab the pix off the camera.  So far we are taking your advise of rebuilding from the inside but I am going to have a few emails for you later.  Been examining your recently rebuilt bunk pictures.  Never saw the repairs and finished product online though.
