I used to be able to hit the drop down arrow in View All Contacts and could see the categories. The categories have disappeared. Any idea what has happened or where to find them? It appears the idiots at Yahoo have screwed up this contact/category application and don't have an answer as to how to restore it. I'm not the only one who lost a lot of hard input work. I'm about ready to dump this sorry company.Chris

Gmail (or a similar service) is probably a better bet. In any case, things are probably a bit chaotic at Yahoo HQ right now, since yesterday they laid off 600 people and announced plans to shut down a number of their less successful ventures (but not Yahoo Groups, as far as I can tell).Andy Baird http://www.andybaird.com/travels/
