One of the things not mentioned in the CNN article is that the ratings are based on surveys of the 25 largest metro areas. Not exactly where we camp. But, in any case AT&T was worst in each and every one of them. Geographical coverage, a most important factor for me, was not ranked.Alex Rutchka, SE #4 '05 MB
