Pla-Cool "Swamp Cooler" July 31, 2010, 01:01:17 am Yahoo Message Number: 114916Last week I removed the "Swamp Cooler" from our '89 Model 22-M and replaced it with a crank up vent with a vent cover over that. The "Swamp Cooler" was fully functional until earlier this year when I parked stern to the ocean at Silver Strand State Beach and a gust of wind blew the top of the clamshell housing off. I have it all in a big black trash bag, including all the pieces of the clamshell top. That would have to be pieced/glued together and then glassed over or something like that, and the four mounting bolts assemblies replaced, and then I think it could be installed and would work fine. Or it could be used for parts. The specifics are Pla-Cool Evaporative Air Cooler, Model 800, S/N 069813 by Great Plains Industries, Inc. Anyone that's interested in having it please contact me soon.
