Looking to trade my 30'TB for 23'

Would anyone be interested in trading their 2004-2005 23' floorplan for my 2005 30'TB?  My rig has 29,000 miles and is in very good condition.  I am looking for something I can use without a toad.

How about a 2003 FL?  Lots of extras - brand new tires and batteries, bigfoot levelers, auto satellite etc...
