Emergency road service options

We've followed the threads about Good Sam ERS and Coach-Net, but just became aware that AAA Plus now has an upgrade option for RV/motorcycle coverage.  We called our local RV repair/service place and were told that they now have an exclusive contract with AAA for RV service.  Most of our travel is in the eastern part of the US and we use our LD for relatively short trips, the longest being 4-5 weeks to Florida in the winter.  Our question is: has anyone had experience with AAA Plus RV and how does it compare to Good Sam or Coach-Net?  Does one or another of these services have more service providers along the east coast?  It's time for us to renew or change services and it's a little confusing.  Thanks in advance for any help or experiences you can share.

 You might want to check to make sure AAA's RV coverage is available in all the areas where you travel...it isn't universally available everywhere like Good Sam and CoachNet, so if you need a tow or a tire change, you may find that you're on your own.

Donna & Rob,

This is another one of those discussions that has been beaten to death.  If you do a search of the data base, using the cool search tool on the home page, you will find a ton of info.

The bottom line though, is most people don't have a good expereince using AAA.  They seem ill equipped to handle RV's.

AAA  service additional RV/Motorcycle handled my front tire blowout just fine.  When calling for service must tell them you have a Class C motor home
