I poked around for a bit with a screwdriver but was not able to figure out how to remove the shelf locks that keep the shelves from sliding out. Has anyone else had this experience who owns one of these older 'friges?Thanks,David

A screwdriver is the right idea - you pop open the retainer lids to remove them, then pull out the shelves. The condensate tray can be lifted out for cleaning too. If used recently, it may have a lot of water.Steve
