Garbage Truck RV.  Great use of space.

I had heard that this is the home of Won Park, who is a master of dollar bill Origami.

Then I read somewhere that the truck does not belong to Won Park, so who knows?  At any rate, the RV and Park's Origami are both fascinating.

We saw this rig or one like it in Death Valley a few years back. It was parked at a trail head, so we peeked in the few windows. Probably made in Germany. It had Euro plates.

--- I bet that Unicat could haul one to a lot of places where one could fire up the genset without bothering a soul; what a machine! If I had a spare $500,000.00 lying about, I'd order one!  ;-)

"Snopes. Can't say it often enough."
Bless you, Joanne! If I had a nickel for every time some well-meaning friend forwarded an email to me with some earnest but completely bogus message (e.g., microwaving food in plastic containers releases cancer-causing chemicals, Neiman-Marcus charged a customer $250 for a cookie recipe, etc.)... well, I'd be a rich man now. ;-) If they'd just taken a minute to check with Snopes, a lot of misinformation could have been avoided.
The "garbage truck RV" email is a particularly egregious example, as it's doubly false--the truck isn't a garbage truck, and it isn't the home of a dollar-bill-folding origami artist. Why do people think it's cute to make up lies? Beats me. Same reason they write Windows viruses, maybe.
Luckily for us, Snopes investigates urban legends and lays out the facts. And hey, once in a blue moon a story actually turns out to be true. (Yes, it's true that a teenager whose mother had died received a government check addressed to "Mrs. Passed Away.")

You could tow one of these behind it for more extreme off-road exploration.

There must be enough niche market for these fantastic machines to keep the company going, but thinking of that many zeros makes my head hurt! ;-)

I guess when there are so many zeroes, you don't have to sell a lot of units to keep afloat.  I picture their clientele as being people who don't have to count the zeroes, like newly-retired golf celebrities or perhaps software tycoons having a midlife crisis.  ;-)

I understand Tiger Woods has disappeared in one of these.
