Xantrex XADC Converter Charger & 30A Distribution Center

After a lot of reading about various upgrades/replacement possibilities to my Magnetek 6345Q Power Center, I am thinking about changing it out with a Xantrex XADC Converter Charger (see http://www.bestconverter.com/XADC-60A-ConverterCharger-40Hard-Wire41_p_243.html >) and associated XADC 30A Distribution Center (see http://www.bestconverter.com/XADC-30A-Distribution-Center_p_240.html >).
 Other than about a 3/4 inch (vertical) adjustment to the present Power Center location's opening, everything should fit. I will also have to change out/install some other items to integrate the XADC Power Center with the rest of the Electrical System.
 Interested in whether anyone else has considered/installed this Power Center in their LD.

I installed the 60 amp version of this converter charger last spring, bought from this vendor, replacing an older 7300 Magnetek.  It was an easy install and works perfectly.  The instructions on their site were quite helpful and accurate.  I used the double sided tape mount method.  The batteries have used no water since either.  The fan is very quiet and rarely runs. The motorhome is plugged
