Resale of towing equipment? July 30, 2009, 06:57:11 pm Yahoo Message Number: 104323We currently have a 2003 LD MB that we are planning to sell in the near future. It is equipped with a Falcon all-terrain tow-bar and hook-up accessories. Our towing package also includes a Guardian shield and a Roadmaster Even-Brake for the toad, a Jeep Wrangler. I am planning to keep the 4X4 Wrangler, since it has relatively low miles and is also my multi-use town car. We are not planning to tow in the future, so the rest of the towing package will be of no use to us. Can anyone offer me any advice or experience on what to do with the towing equipment? Is resale possible? We tend to think that potential buyers of our LD will not be interested in it.

You can always separate the price of the tow equipment from the price of the LD in your ad but I doubt if that would really be necessary.
