Outside coach width 97-02

Hi All
From the information I can find in my files and the group's files, I see that the exterior width of the 95 LD MB was 96".  The 96 with the 350 Super Duty (14050 GVW) chassis is listed with a width of 99" (in the group's listing of model changes).  I wanted to ask/confirm whether all of the 14050 GVW models from then on were 99" wide?  The first factory specifications listing that I have is 2003, and that does show 99" width.  If my assumptions above are incorrect, could someone please provide me with the corrected widths for those years?

Thanks

Bob

To the best of my knowledge, yes. Incidentally, 1996 appears to be the sole year in which Lazy Daze used the E350 Super Duty chassis (in the midbath models only); the following year they moved the midbath onto the E450. (Or perhaps Ford simply renamed the E350 Super Duty to E450 to make it more distinctive.)
In any case, all LD models built on those two Ford chassis have been 99" wide. See the "Lazy Daze Models Through the Years" document in our website's Files area for more detailed info on model-year changes.

Thanks for the clarification.  I have an earlier draft of the document you mention below, and it didn't show the 99" exterior until 2000, but I see that it has been changed.

I update the document whenever I get new information... trying to keep it as complete and accurate as possible. :-)
