I ran across this tip for mounting a flat screen TV in an existing TV cabinet.  Looks like a pretty simple conversion.

Chris, it is indeed a very simple installation.  The only caveat is that you need a substantial membrane to attach that arm to.  Unfortunately, my 2003 MB does not have that.  The cabinet is up against the shower so mounting there would be a problem.  Very thin wall on that side of cabinet.  Terry's Techsnoz has some good ideas as to reinforcing with 2 x 4 in that cabinet.  Newer MB models come with an additional wood wall between shower and cabinet just for mounting purposes.
