Is this the same unit that is currently listed for sale for $35K on the Yahoo Group website?  If this is the same unit that you inspected, I noticed from the pictures on the website that the satellite dish is attached to the rear or near the rear latter.  Since you did the inspection, did you find that this is an appropriate location that functions?  My own coach has the satellite dish mounted on the roof and functions well.

I own a 93" 26.5 RB unit with much of the same equipment.  For example, I also have the Banks and Hydraulic levelers, satellite, etc.  My wife seems to like the MB unit and bath privacy.  It is a tough market out there but I might be interested in this coach if I could get it at the right price and then sell mine.  In other words, buy low, sell low.  You stated that his deal fell through.  Was it for his asking price?
