Close to pulling the trigger on a 2000 MB

Found a 2000 MB (actually they found me) in La Qunita, CA that looks too good to be true.
Can't find a reason to say no yet. I am having Tim Pease from http://www.extramilerv.com look at it. After a year of talking and looking we are close.
