I've tried to stay out of the water pump threads, since I believe we have one of the only Shurflow Variables that still works.
We've been in very cold weather for the last month or so.  It usually warms up during the day, but gets really cold at night.  Even so, our water pump (and lines and tanks) have been real troopers.
Then we got up this morning (after a REALLY cold night) and we had no water.  I might mention that we always run off our tanks, never city water, except to test the system).
Well, I can tell you, we were sorely depressed, pretty sure our pump had finally fallen prey to the dastardly Shurflo curse.

Since it's Sunday, we knew better than to even try to call anyone.
We decided to go on the (hopeful) assumption that maybe the pump had just frozen.  In the 30TB, the pump is under the passenger side twin, and while that wall gets really cold, it seems to be somewhat protected.  So we got out the trusty hairdryer and put it on low and let it go for a few hours, to no avail.  Finally, we gave up and put the hairdryer away and figured we'd deal with it during the week,

Then just an hour or so ago, I decided to try it one more time and Voila!  We have water!!!

Huzzah!
So I thought I'd pass on this story, just in case it's just that your pump might be frozen, but has not really failed.

Joy and Happiness to all for the Holidays and the coming year.

Life is Good
