The LD that Wouldn't Start, Now Does

I emailed the group about two weeks ago and mentioned that our 2002 LD's engine wouldn't catch-it sounded like the engine was going to start, but it didn't. Well, we got it back from the garage yesterday, and it appears to be fine. Our mechanic had walked over to the house and felt it was the fuel pump, but his garage was too small-not enough of a lift-to fix the problem, so we had it taken to a Ford dealer in town. They, too, said fuel pump, and they replaced it. Finished yesterday.
I would like to thank everyone who gave us input as to what the problem might be.
