Window shades
Yahoo Message Number: 89716
I mentioned in a previous post that I was interested in swapping out the OEM roll up shades in my 1995 mid bath and I believe Andy indicated someone else had done this. I ordered replacement shades (later model pleated type) from LD. No hardware was included. How do they mount.
TIA

Hmmm, not sure, but this Links folder might help:

Mounting screws go straight up through the top frame of the shade into the underside of the cabinet above the window. Cords are pulled taut by clear plastic spools mounted at the lower corners of the window.
(If the cords are not taut enough, the shades will slip down while you're traveling; if too taut, they will be difficult to raise and lower.)
