Did you read about Ford's fix for these pickups with flaming diesel exhausts? A software upgrade ensures that "If heat is detected, the system will power down the truck so the driver can pull to the side of the road and allow the truck to cool off."
 In other words, instead of a fire hazard, you'll have a vehicle that stalls unexpectedly and cannot be restarted until it cools off. What a great fix! Not.
