We are happy to announce the fall GTC for the weekend of October 30 - November 2, 2008.  This is a first time event for Alabama and we can have a Halloween Party Friday night.

The Core of Engineers White Oak Creek CG on Lake Eufaula, Alabama should be a good location for the Fall get together. We visited there at the end of January and were very pleased.
 Eufaula is a very interesting town.  It was not destroyed during the Civil War so there are several antebellum homes that have been cared for over the last 140 years.  A few of the homes are open for tours.
There is also some very good Victorian architecture.
 You can makes reservations 180 days prior to arrival.  I suggest that we use Creek View Loop starting with site 60.
