Just curious. You folks that are full timing or out for months at a time. How are you getting the rig washed?

Good question. I try to make it a point to keep our mid-bath clean.
When we went from Dallas to Yellowstone, we found a high bay near Jackson Hole to wash the dust off.

Now that we've sold the house, a Passport America campground SE of Dallas is cool and let's us wash our RV at the site.

I think the key is to keep your eye out and always be looking for opportunities to pull in and clean up.

(Just be aware that water from high-pressure hoses can make a mess in the water heater and refrigerator compartments if it's sprayed directly at/through the vents.)

The best deal I ever got on an RV wash was at a local church group's  fundraiser in a Wal*Mart parking lot in a town on the KY-IN border.  About 10 men, women, and kids joined hands next to the motorhome, said a prayer, then took up their ladders, hoses, buckets, and rags, scrubbed off all the layers of road grime and bug innards, and toweled the rig dry in about 15 minutes! When they finished, I asked the "crew leader" how much; he answered, "Five dollars, ma'am."  Maybe it was the effect of those prayers, but I was happy to shell out considerably more for that job!  ;-)
