Not so. Andy's CD opened our eyes big time. You're pretty knowledgeable on your House/Start batteries right? And how about the myriad batteries you need for all the other gadgets nowdays? Well, I'll wager you're wrong! Andy uncovers ALL the mysteries about these demons, and I mean ALL. Pretty good at conserving your "utilities" while boondocking? Another wager you'll lose! This guy covers everything from A to Z and beyond, is meticulous and obsessive in his endeavors, and leaves no stone unturned. An absolute must have for any RV'r, especially Full Timers. Kudos to Andy!

I ordered it on 10/7 and have not received it yet. I also signed up for, and paid by Paypal at that time. I got what seemed to be a legit confirmation of the order.
