Anyone looking for a 30IB?
Yahoo Message Number: 85794
Hello folks,
I used to be an active member in this group, life tasks got in the way of participating regularly but I am still an LD fanatic.

My wife and I are thinking seriously about full timing and our 2002 30IB  just won't cut it for our needs.

I am interested in testing the water to see how much interest there might be in my particular unit.  Since it is not officially for sale I didn't think I should post it in the files section.  (Andy, feel free to delete this and have me post in the files section.)
We would be looking to sell in the Springtime or sooner if the right deal comes up on a new rig for us.

2002 IB Red exterior tan interior 29,000 miles.
2 year old Goodyear tires, less than 3000 miles, always covered Solar insulated tanks Kwikee levelers extra large main awning smaller awnings over three other windows HD automatic Kingdome dish HDTV (20" Vizio LCD)in main entertainment ctr Sony Surround sound system DVD player LCD TV in bedroom Upgraded AGM batteries Upgraded charger/converter Upgraded two way hot water tank (propane and 110v) Upgraded speakers for dash radio in living area Supplemental interior LED lighting Upgraded faucets in the Shower and kitchen Dometic recall complete King size thermopedic mattress Much more....

We are the second owners of this coach. It is in excellent condition, no leaks, no electrolysis.  It has never been smoked in.  All service has been completed using factory recommendations or better.
I also have an SMI toad braking system that is no longer in the Toad but some of the electronics are still in the coach.  This could be included in the deal as well.

I am thinking of pricing it around 55K.

I don't have any current pictures right now but I could get some together if there is serious interest.
Likely best to contact me off list at jim at technicaldirections.net

Thanks

Jim
