Cleaning ovens March 26, 2006, 12:51:20 pm Yahoo Message Number: 646081) I currently use a pizza stone in my oven when I bake. I have the air-bake cookie sheet as well but never thought to use it in place of the stone. Does the air-bake cookie sheet work when used alone, i.e., when you bake cookies for example. Does it keep the cookies from burning? 2) As for cleaning, after you get it clean, you might want to look athttp://www.alsto.com/home/decor-and-furnishings/42187-Nonstick-Oven-Liner.htmlto use on the bottom of the oven. I have one of these that I use in the microwave and it works wonderfully. I imagine it would work as well for keeping the oven clean.Kathi
