Retirement taxes---By State September 29, 2005, 10:14:58 am Yahoo Message Number: 58509Those here who want to find the tax situations in various states will find this site helpful:http://www.retirementliving.com/RLtaxes.htmlThere are many other sites on the net. When considering this issue, the trick is to consider the entire tax burden in each state---income taxes, property, sales, vehicle, gas, cigarette, etc. etc. Since local budgets are mostly being starved, fastrising property taxes are a hot issue. Those states with low or no income taxes may have high sales or property taxes to compensate. I think all of us should investigate these sitations personally via a Lazy Daze---all 50 states. We'll find out if a cult vehicle can drive on water.Maryellen
