To the mothership September 26, 2005, 02:12:39 pm Yahoo Message Number: 58405After years of research and a year of lurking on this site, which by the way is the best source of good reliable information that I have been able to find anywhere, we are going out to the mother ship the end of this week. The trip to get this far hasn't been without detours such as looking at other motor homes and even getting real close to a 5th wheel purchase but thanks to all of you it looks like a LD in our future. I have to admit I am a little apprehensive but not about the quality and reliability of the LD but I guess I am a little shy about joining such a great group. Everyone is so knowledgeable and seems like such a close-knit group but that is one of the perks of buying a LD.Thanks for the help and we are looking forward to our visit and probable purchase.Terry

Terry, some of us (me) are mere mortals, relying heavily on the "brains" of the group ;-). We're not close knit to the point where we exclude any newcomers. New members bring fresh ideas.Karen

Don't read any of the earlier posts from Sarah, Lorna, Jonna, Linda, Judie, Ken & Patty etc., etc. about their fulltime travels. It's downright dangerous.
