Gas Availability in New Mexico?

Hi,

I'm planning to get out of the mountains in Lake City, CO this Saturday and eventually end up in Houston. I've been told that there is little gas avaailable throughout Texas now. I intended to "hole up" awhile in Truth or Consequences, NM before heading east on US 10 towards Houston.

I'd appreciate any updates on gas supplies in New Mexico.
