82 LD 22-footer For Sale In Nor Calif $11,000

A friend of a friend has decided to part with her 1982 22-foot on Chevy Chassis.  I don't know the floor plan, but the photos show a pair of sofa's across the rear and a street side kitchen.  Based on exterior photo, it looks like the bath is mid-coach curb-side.

It's a twin/king...just like the 1985 LD I'm sittin' in. :-)

Automatic transmission, abs brakes, power steering, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, dual rear tires, tow package, average 15 mpg, LOW MILES - only 28,950k, Fully equipped, self-contained and ready to roll. NO LEAKS! Sleeps 4+ - 2 twins, 1 king (in cabover), rides smooth and easy to drive.
 abs brakes - I don't think Big Red, our 1989 22', has ABS, but maybe I just found out something I didn't know?

average 15 mpg - Going downhill with the wind at your back and the engine turned off, maybe, but more like 9.5-10 mpg, on a good day.
 only 28,950k - On a 23 yr old rig, that's  128,950?  Either way, something doesn't make sense here.

1 king (in cabover)- isn't it more like a queen?
