'92 26.5 MB for sale.....posted in Files section January 24, 2005, 04:08:17 pm Yahoo Message Number: 49820A little over a year ago I decided some kind of camper, or mini RV or 5th wheel would be a nice addition to our family. We have a 6 year old boy and we wanted to get him aquainted with more of the great outdoors (without roughing it too much!). So, I did my ususal hours and hours of research with a goal of being able to make quick weekend trips and possibly some longer yearly family vacations. I ended up deciding the Class C was the best thing for us. Then I began the Class C research project and stumbled onto Lazy Daze. The wife said we needed to buy an older model to limit the investment. For some reason she thought this might be a passing fad for me like the motorcycle and the boat. Hmmm...I guess she had a point.I lurked around here for awhile and eventually bought my '92 MB model. Well, it is the perfect layout in my opinion. Then, I visited the mother ship late last year and decided I had to have a new one! Why? Well...um...just cuz. The pitch I gave to the wife was that if we had a new one, we could keep it until we retire, tow a larger vehicle if we need too and have more on-board storage with the tanks. Well, I found a 2003 model that fits the bill without having to wait 6 months and drive clear across the country. I'd love to do it but time is my problem. That is why I am selling the 1992 MB. As good as they are, I can't justify both of them!

I forgot to mention that nukamper2000 came by Raleigh last year and gave me a tour of his new MB before I made my final buying decision. What a great guy! He has been a wealth of information and I use his wise council quite often. I'd offer to pay him for his advice but I know he would never accept the money...he is just that kind of guy!QuoteA little over a year ago I decided some kind of camper, or mini RV or 5th wheel would be a nice addition to our family.
