LD complaints January 02, 2005, 01:08:36 pm Yahoo Message Number: 48570Quote"In all our years of RV'ing, we've met a lot of people that were unhappy with their Quotecoaches-- but we cannot recall ever having met an unhappy Lazy Daze owner....do the QuoteLazy Daze coaches have a common 'achilles heel' of any sort?" I've only met one person who didn't like their LD -- a friend who, when he found out we were getting an LD, told us how unhappy he had been with his. What didn't he like? The ride -- he said it drove like a pickup. BUT, upon further questioning, it turns out he never did anything to try to improve the ride, either. When questions even more, he had done anything to improve the ride because he felt it should have come from the factory with the ride like he wanted it. Oh, well...some people are never happy, and many more are unwilling to do anything to improve their lot. After several months of driving our LD, the only thing we'd probably do to ours is add a Safety-Plus bar to keep it from following the ruts so closely. However, we might not even do that since Earl (who does the majority of the driving) says that the ride has improved in that respect (whether there's a real improvement or he's just getting used to how it drives, who knows). We might just wait until the end of this coming travel season to make this decision.Linda & Earl 2004 23.5' Red TK From Quartzsite, AZ
