Well, I don't know - but mileage made significant improvements when the manufacturers went to EFI. I think that may have been in '89. It would be worth checking into.

When we bought our '83 22' front lounge model, it was 10 years old. Asking was 12,500 and we paid 11,500.
Condition was superficially great and it ran ok, but it needed $3000 worth of engine work. Odometer was about the same; Chevy chassis.
