The mention of Alpine and Country Coach diesel pushers made me remember this enjoyable series of articles that I read before going out to Lazy Daze for a visit:

They were shopping for a class A, but some of their experiences apply to any RV factory visit and decision making process, for example, if there are a lot of irritated customers waiting to have their motorhome serviced, it's a bad sign.
