Here are the options we selected: -one 85 W solar panel -in dash cassette FM radio with remote
8-stack CD changer
-extra holding tank insulation -outside shower -12V outlet and phone jack at dinette -setup for 12V TV in front area (12V outlet and antenna connection) -heat strip for roof air -knife switch for isolating house batteries during storage -2" receiver hitch (a hitch is standard, but I wanted a receiver hitch for a bicycle rack) -an extra set of seat belts for back couches -removable table for rear couch area (thanks to the club for letting us know that the last two items are available)

In conclusion, I liked dealing with them. Honest and straight forward. We also were not disappointed with the quality. Everytime my wife opened a drawer, she said "these drawers open so smoothly!" At RV shows and dealers, you usually encounter drawers that bind when you try to open them. It looks like the coach might be ready in January. Needless to say, we are looking forward to taking delivery.

You basically purchased the same rig we did...you will be pleased. Your 12volt accessory items seem pretty neat...especially for your laptop.
I was the one complaining about the lack of A/V inputs on the TV...I somewhat found a rememdy by purchasing a Video RF Modulator from Radio Shack. This has the necessary inputs in a small box that can be put in the cabinet right next to the TV. It hooks into the coax cable that runs from antenna to the TV. The only drawback is that the box needs to be plugged in to 110v...so I need to run the generator to watch 8mm movies from our camcorder like the waterskiing of the day, etc. I would rather keep quiet by not having to run the generator while watching...oh well. NO VIDEO GAMES ALLOWED WHILE 'CAMPING'!

Thanks for describing your experience.
If you don't mind sharing the information, can you please tell us how much your additional options added to your total cost?

I don't see a problem giving the price we will pay for the options:

seat belts: $70 CD changer: $575 solar panel: $1100 12V/antenna: $75 telephone jack @ dinette: $75 12V @ dinette: $60 Roof air heat strip: $65 2" receiver hitch: $60 outside shower: $150 holding tank insulation: $150 knife switch: $39 removeable table: $150

Option total: $2569

As you can see, the majority of the cost was the solar panel and the CD changer.

The knife switch isn't necessary unless I store the RV indoors. I figured since the price wasn't that much, I would go ahead and have it put on.

Thanks robhaerr for the info on the Video RF Modulator. I read in the manual that the TV is disconnected when the ignition is turned on. I think Lazy Daze is over reacting to the law. The driver can't see the TV in the rear lounge area.

...You are welcome...hmmmm, my kids were watching a video while we were driving last trip. However, you don't want to watch "on air" TV because you don't want to drive with the antenna up...it will get broken.
