Com, enter "tire speed ratings" and you'll find a chart. Bobbi P.S. From my recent research on tires, I have learned that the speed rating has more to do with handling quality of the tires than the actual speed you will drive...I HOPE! (For instance, V rated tires have max. speed ratings way over 130.)
