Table option in 26.5MB (RL)?

Greetings all. Wondering if anyone has experience/advice on putting a table between twin sofas in the 26.5MB? Does Lazy Daze provide that as an option or has anyone done it after market? The 23.5TK offers a drop down table, so don't see why it should be too big a problem. We just think it would provide a nice open "work" area for games, puzzles, computers, and other LD toiling :-)!

22/23 March is our factory visit and something'd have to go REALLY wrong for us to leave without a contract. Thanks to all for the help on this site.

I understand that Lazy Daze will install one for you. But we have the MB, and have found that when we want to watch "our" TV. the kids would rather use the dinette. It's a great reason to have the MB; it separates the generations.

Good luck

We had the MB in mind, Gus. For the very reason you mention. Just wondered if we went for the twin sofa option in the rear, whether we could still get drop down table and use as a main sleeping area at night.

I may have answered my own question. I revisited the photo gallery and saw Rob had a pedestal table between the rear twin sofa's. Just what we need, in addition to the regular dinette set.

Comments are still welcome though.

I don't see why it wouldn't be doable, as long as the table is removable to allow the twin sofas to slide out into the "bed position."

On the older LD's, such as my '85 Twin/King bed model, the table swings down and is used as the cushion support for conversion to king size. The table comes completely out when converting the sofas to the dual twin beds option.

The pedestal table is removeable and stows very neatly in the wardrobe closet.
We use of occasionally.

Rob, was the table an LD option upon purchase
or did you find an add-on later? The pedestal table was an option upon purchase...they need to install the mount in the floor which has a plug 'o carpet when not in use.

Some folks have just used a folding card table, whic would probably stom neatly in the closet as well.
