Rear Kitchen owners are in a class by themselves!

Thanks to all the other RK owners out there who helped solidify the fact that we are not wierdos - just unique in our tastes! I love my RK!!! I too, do NOT love to cook fancy meals, so the kitchen suits me just fine. One day soon I am going to convince my hubby to build that handy-dandy cabinet on Andy Baird's web site right on the wall next to the stove. Now we are talking serious food storage! All those cans and boxes just waiting for mealtime.
When on the road, I would rather "assemble" a meal than cook one from scratch. I'd rather be spending my time fishing, hiking, quad riding, geocaching, or just being Lazy.
