Dash Cover - E450 measurement same as Econoline/Club Wagon?
Yahoo Message Number: 24015
Was thinking about buying a dash cover for the LD on order.
This is for the top surface of the dash board under the windshield.
These dash covers are made out of fabric with some sort backing.
The LD factory sells one with the words "Lazy Daze" embroidered in it.
I think that the color is gray and they charge $59.00 (if I remember correctly).

I think that J.C Whitney offers them available in different colors for about $34 (if you forego the NFL team logo of your choice).

Would the dash dimensions in the Ford E-450 be the same as in the Ford Econoline or Club Wagon (for which the J. C. Whitney covers are made)?

Full size pickup trucks the same size dash also?

Thanks for sharing your expertise.
(I would geuss that Ford would make these cabs the same as an economy measure, but I do not know for sure.)

Yes, they are exactly the same dash and body (what there is of it with the E450 cutaway). Only the fact that they are a cutaway version of the Econoline van with heavier duty suspension and other parts are they different. The Club Wagon is actually the same as the E350 but without the dual rear wheels and of course not a cutaway chassis. JC Whitney sells covers from the same company that makes the LD dash covers. They also sell other brands as well and you have a choice of material types and colors and with or without a logo, monogram, or design.
