Is there a LD Club in the Midwest?
Yahoo Message Number: 2058
Just wondering if there is a club in our home area, the midwest; we live in Des Moines, IA. If there is we want to be part of it. If there isn't, let's get one started. Contact us at . Of course if you read my last post, we won't have our LD until fall.

Sounds like fun. After we pick up our LD, we will be spending the warm part of each year traveling out of the Des Moines area into the northern parts of the US and into Canada and possibly even Alaska someday. When the cold begins to come in November, we will travel throughout the south and out into the southwest and only go as far north as the Morro Bay area in CA.
We may even be able to get a caravan together to go down to Mexico someday. In the spring, probably April, we will return to the Des Moines area. We have kids and grand kids in the midwest so we must come back to visit so we will keep our residence in Des Moines.

A club would be fun for online things and for various caravans we could plan in the future. I do see that there are a number of people in Michigan buying LDs. I would imagine there are a number of other people in IA, IL, MN etc. also who would enjoy a Midwestern Lazy Daze Club as well! Lets see how many we can find who have an interest in doing some things together. We could even begin to plan a club before we take delivery of our LDs! We will definitely travel with a laptop computer so we can stay in touch throughout the year with club members.
