 For those of you who have never ventured into the NW before, here's what Will Rogers is supposed to have said:

'I never spent a better winter than a summer in Seattle.'
 So if you want to be pleasantly cool all summer, come on over!! It can't be beaten. The natives start to faint when it hits 80.
