Warped entry door revisited
We have unsuccessfully attempted to correct a bow in the entry door, using the popular 2x4 block method in the middle.  The upper corner opposite the hinge appears to be 1/2” or more away from the frame.  We’re headed into spring mosquito season here in WI, and the little buggers will definitely get through the gap.  I am unable to access the companion, I seem to remember another solution, or 2 posted there.  Thanks.

I had the same issue with both my 2010 & 2021 rear bath coaches of the gap at the top outside corner of the door. on the 2010 coach I tried bending the door back and adjusting the latch which mostly didn't work much.
The 2021 RB had the same issue that I didn't notice when the coach was delivered to me from the factory at the Arizona border in Sept. 2020. We departed east toward Michigan to get the Bigfoot jacks installed and about Nebraska I then noticed several issues poor workmanship. This apparently was due to the fact that LD lost some of their good employees and replaced them with more untrained people. In one instance Steve Newton told me that the wiring from the outside light on the left side rear of the coach (a $50 item I requested addition)  to the entry door switch was done badly and caused the furnace to be destroyed. That had to be replaced by Steve. The three large windows on the coach sides had screws around the inside frame tightened too much causing the channel for the screen to pinch the screen frame. It was very difficult to slide the screen. I corrected this after I got home by making a wood block that forced the channel rails back into place. There were two sections of the roof that had not been painted and masking tape was still attached. At least the aluminum was painted before installation and the roof edges were painted properly.
We returned to the factory in 2021 to get the misaligned entry door corrected. Apparently they removed the entire door assembly and reinstalled it. From that point on the door closes perfectly.  Since then we have no other issues with the build quality. Steve did mention that he actually lost $$$$ on our coach because of workmanship issues. This along with other problems with suppliers due to covid lockdown Steve pulled the plug and retired.

Sounds like it was just as well I never got off the waiting list in 2021 and ended up with a lightly used 2017.
