120v in the Bedroom
09 mid-bath

Has anyone installed a 120v outlet in the bedroom area of a mid-bath? I installed a 2200w inverter as a whole house and it works great but without 120 in the bedroom I have to use a little plug in inverter for the 120v TV. I'd much rather get 120 behind the TV and just plug it in there. As shown in the photo, I have an outlet near the floor but I don't see any way to route from there as both walls are the other side of the shower. Thanks.

If it were me, I'd run a cord from that outlet around the corner and behind the couch, and then upward in the corner between the shower wall and the window, using Wiremold where necessary.

Thanks, Andy. That would work but I was hoping to be able to hide the deed. I guess I could maybe run a dedicated wire from the a/c distribution panel (don't have a microwave) and then I could install a couple more outlets back there. I was just hoping someone had already done it and I could just knock off their good work!  :D

Maybe I could run a wire behind the shower and up into the TV area. Hey, I might have just answered my own question!

And that is what I'll do. Forgot that I had already routed wire that way before when I installed my rear view camera (first the hair, then the memory). Anyhow, I'll install an outlet behind the TV and one or two more farther back. I'll post when I get it done.
