Smoke/carbon monoxide alarm
My circa 2016 alarm finally died. Does anyone have a replacement part number?

Literally any 10 year worry free smoke/monoxide combo will work. Comes with a mounting plate.

I replaced mine with something off the shelf at Home Depot last summer.

A follow up to close out this thread. I replaced the original carbon monoxide/smoke alarm unit with this one from Home Depot. It only required replacing the existing mounting plate with the new one and I was able to use the original screw holes so easy peezy!
Model number is a Kidde P3010K-CO. Has a 10 year battery/ warranty.

Hi Greg; Good to know that those roof CO detectors have a replacement that can be put in so easily.  My original one was mounted on the wall of the closet, and I replaced it with a monitor that has a readout. I reset it once in a while and notice that it actually has readings of some CO in the intervals. Usually somewhere in the 10-20 ppm range. I try to remember to crack the roof vent slightly when I'm cooking inside.
I know this is a personal choice on my part but all of those warning stickers lasted just a few hours in my rig.  Removing them promptly allows the paneling underneath to age at the same rate as its surroundings, so it doesn't leave a 'mark of absence'.  One sticker I could never fathom was the 'EXIT' sticker on the cab doors.  Pretty obvious that those were entrance and exit doors!  And while the red handle on the driver side back windows shows that those are emergency fire exits (break out the windows),  the side windows on the passenger side don't have the red handles but are built exactly the same. I would use those window exits equally in an emergency.  A pretty short path to the actual exit coach door in a 'TK.
I've been in lots of other Lazy Dazes having been in the Caravan Club since 2002 and I don't remember seeing many original stickers.   RonB

Good suggestion about removing the labels, Ron. Hadn’t thought of the aging issue, thanks!

Hi Greg; well not much sun fading the wall pattern inside, at least not on the ceiling. Inside walls and ceiling can be washed.  Many people might not realize that the windows can be pushed out from inside. So labels can be helpful.  RonB
