Features of our LDOG
For those of you who haven't visited some parts of the Forum, there is a lot of information here that doesn't 'meet the eye' often.  The Drop down menu of 'Community' has a 'Member Map' entry that shows a geographical map and the spread of members in different states.  This shows even members that have never been active, so it may not represent the members here very well. I'd like to encourage everyone to update their profile with a location.  It doesn't have to be exactly where you live, just a general location is good to determine your time zone and general climate of where your home base is.  Some members are obviously not out in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean!
Double clicking on the number of Total Posts will take you to the 'Statistics Center'.  You will see our most active contributors, and the individual Forums and Topics most listed in, along with just viewed or commented upon topics.  Pretty interesting overall.
Maybe some here know of other interesting places on our Forum, and on the Companion, that others may not know about.   RonB

My profile shows my location as the Santa Barbara Zoo.  I’ll never tell which animal (or location) I really am.

My location is my Vet's office, where I've spent more on maintenance over the years than on ORWAN  ;)

Ron, we don't all have home bases. And even for those who do, at least some of us would prefer not to publish a location, for reasons of privacy.

Hi Andy;  Yes it is of course optional!  And it can be changed if you move, or obscured if desired.  Mine points to a shopping center street intersection.   RonB

Hmm at post screenshot shows I've spent 35-plus days on this forum......

AND what is that 3am posting.   I don't drink or take drugs so I'm guessing I've hit my head once too often getting out of the overhead bunk....

Hi Glen. All the times are based on East coast. Should have been standardized on the PST of the 'mother' ship, but just an arbitrary reference point.   RonB
