Lazy Daze in Sun Joe commercial
Lazy Daze spotted in Sun Joe pressure washer infomercial.  It was on one of the local tv stations. They show it briefly a few times.

Good Eyes there;  I think a pressure washer might separate the caulking holding the corners on. The side panels also are just a folded joint, and I bet a pressure washer could force water through, especially if you were closer to the panels, and if I held the nozzle in one place longer. Certainly it would peel my decals (23 years old now) right off.  RonB

Then might it not be wise to avoid truck washes?  Color me guilty!   :(

Hi Steve; I've used a 'wash it yourself' place in the past. Sort of a pressure wash, but I got tired of feeding it quarters, and in my driveway I can use a bucket and long handled brush. My water pressure is high, so it does a good job. Not so high that it damages the decals or caulking. And I can take my time now.  Joel's Wash wax All is a good general wax, and really good at getting grime off. I use Meguiar's Ultimate synthetic Polymer on the coach door and under skirts. The paint on those items is starting to fade.  RonB

I had considered getting a pressure washer to supplement my Deionization Kit. The kit has very little pressure for the final rinse of my Lazy Daze.

I was concerned that a true power washer may cause damage to my coach. After checking around, I chose a battery powered pressure washer that should have enough water volume at a low psi.

My pressure washer operates at 290 to 430 psi. My plan is to fill a five gallon bucket with deionized water and feed the pressure washer from it.

The pressure washer is a simple pistol style device that gets power from a 12 volt lithium battery and draws water from a bucket through a length of hose. Pretty straight forward.

I have yet to use the new washer but it looks to be a safer alternative to other high pressure washers

Keeping my fingers crossed.

 I would be very cautious using a pressure washer on the LD; *blasting* water into appliance compartments, vents, and the rooftop AC would not be my choice, but YMMV, as always.

I happen to own one of their compact models. Use it in the Miami FL campground to get rid of the ugly stains from those black olive tree leaves. Light weight and easy to carry along in the LD.

I was watching "over the air" TV, the commercial might have been longer than the YouTube version but still only a quick shot. But yes, I am careful even with a sponge around the decals.
