My brother thanks you (cracked gen fuel line)
So my brother who owns a 2007 Itasca class C called me last Sunday complaining his generator would run just fine for 10 minutes then stumble and stop. I remembered this being discussed on the forum several times in the past and that the culprit was a cracked fuel line that would lead to a loss of prime after warming up. Suspecting the same I encouraged him to feed his generator with a temporary hose going to his spare gas tank.

Voila, problem solved…er identified. Generator runs just fine with the temporary setup. Now he will have to determine if he will drop the tank enough to change the fuel line himself or take it someplace in Bend Oregon. Apparently it wasn’t just Lazy Daze that used an improper fuel line for a time!

So thanks again. I wouldn’t of been able to help him without the knowledge of this great forum.
