Easily enjoy your travel photos
Since giving up my Ultimate Campgrounds project, I find myself with time to curate all our photos from our LD travels. I have thousands of them on my computer, but that's not really conducive to quick and easy viewing on the large screen TV in the living room. I have been experimenting with PowerPoint, with which one can make up first a photo album and then that album can be converted to a video that can be played on a smart TV. You can make it as fancy or simple as you like, setting transition types and timing, for example. And no, I don't include every photo - pick the best. For example, I have about about 200 pix from the Balloon Fiesta a few years ago - those got whittled down to about 50. I find that a 7-second pause on each image seems to be good, so a 50-slide presentation is only about 6 minutes. Not so long that everyone gets bored.

Thanks for the tip, Ted.  We've been trying to figure out a good way to share travel photos and that adds another method to the mix. It would be a good to hear how others handle their photos, as well!

For those iPhone/iPad users, there is an easy way:

Create an album, say called RV in the Photos app

Add photos to it

Go to the Album, click on the circle with three dots in the upper right

Select “Play Memory Video”

Click on the square with the up arrow in the upper right, and select “Save Video”

You can now share that video, say with “Copy iCloud Link”

This is all the photos from my pickup, as well as a video that was in the Album too
