LED Lights for our closets
We would like to add "stick-up" LED lights to our two closets in our 31' Twin Bed.  Does anyone have a specific recommendation of ones they have used and been happy with?  Lots to chose from on Amazon so I'd rather go off an Rv'er suggestion.

TIA,

AC or DC?

Hardwired or battery?    :o

I have these and I like the features. These can be turned off when not in use. They have a magnetic base so you can pop them out and move them around to anywhere you want. These can be battery but are also rechargeable with a usb. I just pop them out and plug them into a portable power bank to charge them when dry camping.

Actually Bill, I don't believe you can go wrong buying from Amazon and using the reviews to determine the best options.  I doubt that there's really a best or better option on this type of lighting.  On the other hand, if you were considering wired LED light fixtures, I'd recommend M4 RV Light Fixtures at LED RV Light Fixtures .  Just my .02 and not much more.

Footnote:  This LED battery operated light from Amazon has a 91% favorable rating of 4 & 5 Stars and a 4.6 out of 5 overall rating.   It would be a light we'd consider.

Well, since you want battery operated night lights I guess what I just bought would not work for you.

I had been using a RED LED flashlight to lite the path to the toilet during the frequent excursions I have to make. Giving the problem some thought and research I came up with the following...

Now, with the remote, I can sit on the side of my bed, activate the night light and have a lesser chance of stubbing my toe during the trip.   :D

I like SoCal-Gal's solution. I've been using closet lights similar to hers for several years. I have about a dozen now; there's one in every cupboard and under each of the five shelves in my closet.

My eyes aren't as good as they used to be. These lights are quite bright, making it easy to see what's in there instead of fumbling in the gloom. Yes, I have to recharge each one every month or two (depending upon how often I open a particular cupboard), but I just plug it into a USB cord. On the plus side, they work whether or not I'm plugged into shore power, and they can be mounted anywhere using the supplied magnetic strips.

In my previous Airstream's bathroom I used this amber motion-sensing light. It's a softer light that's just right for nighttime trips to the toilet. That one used four AA batteries--I used rechargeable Eneloops, which lasted several months. (My current rig's bathroom isn't set up to make that practical; at night my cat would trigger the light too often.)

Andy, I’m using the same amber light in the bathroom and really like it. I’ll be looking into the LED closet lights in the future. Too busy enjoying the natural lighting at Foss Lake, Oklahoma right now!  👍
