Roof sealant September 18, 2021, 05:13:29 pm GroupOn the roof today removing old sealant. The old sealant is a brownish color with dicor over the screws.What is the under coat?It looks like a polyurethane of some kind.

Unless you do a really excellent prep, any coating will be prone to peeling and cause a maintenance nightmare. Think long and hard before coating your roof.Linda 3 Likes
