The Oh 7 Mid Bath’s Clock
The first winter I had our 2007 MidBath set up for winterizing, as opposed to a shop, was 2012-2013.  I removed the batteries to the clock and never saw a reason to put them back.  I wasn’t worried about time or date, I got that from a phone that always stayed on time.  I hate how clocks gain or lose time.  I knew how many days I had until I had to be at work so that feature wasn’t important.  The temp inside was either comfortable or the onboard systems were working hard to make it so. So the batteries stayed out.
That is until today. I’m getting ready to hand over the RV to dear daughter.  Part of that was setting the clock so she could make up her own mind.  I got the time (mostly) right quickly enough. Same for the day of the week.  DST, check that box.  Then came the year. It ran from 00 to 19.  Curses, now the leap second will be off.
Oh well. Just thought it was a funny quirk. I really love this RV even though it is no longer “right” for us. I’m thrilled my daughter is excited about it.  Depending on when and where he next job is I may be looking for info on future LadyDaze gatherings to send her to.
