When people talk about being level, they are referring to being level while parked for an extended period of time.  The problem was worse with older model fridges.

There is no problem running the fridge while driving, and the vast majority of rv owners do it.

This is nothing to be concerned about as the movement of the coach negates effects of out of level with the coolant coils. Out of level is only a problem when the coach is sitting still and the degree of unleveled position. The cooling coils can function when it is somewhat off level exist but not a steep degree.

Fantastic, will do a test run next weekend while driving thru the flint hills.
